Accommodation
Many rooms have been set aside at special rates in the hotels listed here to accommodate everyone attending Vision 2008.
To benefit from these special rates, all accommodation reservations have to be made through the Housing Bureau VISION 2008.
Summer is a very busy period in Montréal. We suggest you reserve your room before June 13, 2008.
To make your reservation either:
- Visit the Housing Bureau VISION 2008 Web site and fill out the on-line Housing Reservation Form
- Call directly the Housing Bureau VISION 2008 at 1 514-844-0848 / 1 888-722-2220
Upon completion of your reservation request, the Housing Bureau will e-mail or fax you a room assignment notice. A confirmation from the hotel will follow.
NOTE 1: All reservation requests must be accompanied by a deposit equivalent to a one-night rate. Room rates indicated below are based on single and double occupancy per night. Breakfast is only included where specified.
NOTE 2: If you need to reserve a room prior to July 6, 2008, please contact the Housing Bureau VISION 2008 directly.
Cancellation of Hotel Accommodation
The cancellation and refund policy for hotel accommodation will be described in the reservation confirmation sent by each hotel individually.
