Research Areas

Our team is interested in the cerebral mechanisms involved in normal and pathophysiological visual processing. The lab primarily uses advanced techniques such as multichannel electrophysiology and optical imaging of intrinsic signals to explore the unknowns of the visual system. The areas of study encompass a wide range of experimental research fields namely neurophysiology, neuroanatomy, neuropharmacology, and neurochemistry.

Training

The laboratory offers an ideal environment for graduate studies (master's and doctorate levels) and opportunities at the postgraduate level in the realm of the neurosciences. Summer research projects are also offered for undergraduate students. For an update of the available positions, please contact us.
